3. Shipping and Returns Policy
3.1 Shipping
All orders are dispatched from our headquarters in Paris, France, within 3 to 15 business days. We offer delivery services within the EU and internationally (see the list at the bottom of the page). Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination, shipping method, and specific order details. The exact shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be provided during checkout.
3.2 Customs Fees
For deliveries within the EU, no customs fees are applicable. For deliveries outside the EU, customs fees and/or import duties may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. Customers are advised to familiarize themselves with and pay any applicable fees.
3.3 Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of the product, provided the item is in perfect condition, unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags.
To initiate a return, please contact us via email info@auroradu.com with your order details. Once confirmed, shipping address will be provided via email. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
3.4 Refunds
Refunds will be processed once the returned product has been inspected by our headquarters and confirmed to meet the return conditions. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 3 to 15 business days.
If the returned product does not meet the return conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the refund. The return shipping cost will remain the responsibility of the customer.
3.5 Countries Delivery List
There are currently 41 countries eligible for shipping via the website, if your country was not on the list you can send us an email and we possibly will be able to create a shipment.
